  1. Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information and secure access to critical systems.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of existing security protocols and identify potential vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust IAM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to detect and respond to potential security breaches.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT security, particularly in the area of IAM.
  6. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on proper security protocols and procedures.
  7. Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates on security issues and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the security of third-party systems and applications.
  10. Participate in incident response activities and provide support during security incidents and breaches.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and standards.
  12. Mentor and train junior members of the IT security team.
  13. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement security controls and ensure the overall security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  14. Participate in risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes and procedures to enhance the security posture of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems, Including Implementing And Managing User Access, Authentication, And Authorization Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards Related To It Security, Such As Pci-Dss, Hipaa, And Iso 27001.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing It Security Projects, Including Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.

  • Expertise In Various Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Single Sign-On (Sso), And Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa).

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance And Training On It Security Best Practices.
