  1. Act as a point of contact for all associate relations inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance to associates and management.
  2. Develop and implement associate relations policies and procedures in accordance with employment laws and company values.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee conflicts and complaints.
  4. Provide training and support to managers on how to effectively handle employee relations issues.
  5. Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistency and fairness in employee relations practices.
  6. Monitor and track associate relations trends and provide proactive solutions to address potential issues.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all associate relations matters.
  8. Act as a mediator in situations where conflicts arise between associates and management.
  9. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and respect among associates.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving associate retention and engagement.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for company values and culture, leading by example in all interactions with associates.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure consistency in company policies and practices.
  14. Provide support and guidance to associates during times of change, such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve associate relations and contribute to a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Retail Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Provide Effective Guidance And Support To Employees And Managers.

  • Proven Experience In Handling Complex Employee Relations Issues, Conducting Investigations, And Implementing Solutions To Promote A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.
