Scrum Master

The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. We chase the big, critical initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day. We are looking for a motivated, Sr. Scrum Master to help us build and deploy critical software solutions that support our Human Resources and Finance user communities. As a Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will also work with the Product Manager and the scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.
