  1. Develop and implement merchandise strategies across all retail brands within TJX Companies.
  2. Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform merchandise decisions.
  3. Collaborate with buyers and planners to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandise plans.
  4. Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper in-store presentation and execution of merchandise strategies.
  5. Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to merchandise plans.
  6. Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns.
  7. Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and resolve any product issues.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of each retail brand's target customer and tailor merchandise strategies accordingly.
  9. Create and maintain merchandise calendars and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for any merchandise-related inquiries or issues from both internal and external parties.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandise processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandise decisions.
  13. Ensure all merchandise meets quality standards and follows company guidelines.
  14. Train and mentor junior merchandise coordinators as needed.
  15. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
