Job Description

As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of merchandise presentation and customer service.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Assist customers with finding and selecting merchandise, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
  3. Ensure all merchandise is displayed and organized according to company standards, including proper sizing, pricing, and signage.
  4. Restock merchandise and maintain visual appeal of displays throughout the day.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including fitting rooms and checkout areas.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge in order to provide excellent customer service.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and promoting teamwork.
