  1. Ensure stores are fully stocked with the latest fashion trends and must-have items.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or high demand items to appropriate teams.
  3. Collaborate with buying and planning teams to anticipate customer needs and trends.
  4. Maintain visual standards and ensure store displays are visually appealing and on-brand.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with finding items, answering questions, and processing transactions.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  8. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As A Sales Associate Or Customer Service Representative.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Assist Customers With Their Shopping Needs, Including Answering Questions, Handling Returns, And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Product Knowledge: A Good Understanding Of The Products And Brands Sold At Tjx Companies, As Well As The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Products And Trends.
