1. Greet and provide excellent customer service to all customers entering the store.
2. Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise on the sales floor.
3. Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for customers.
4. Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and displayed according to company standards.
5. Collaborate with team members to set up and maintain merchandise displays and promotions.
6. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
7. Assist in fulfilling online orders and processing customer returns.
8. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and home décor trends to effectively assist customers and make merchandise recommendations.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling.
10. Cross-train in other areas of the store to provide support as needed.
11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by respecting and valuing diversity.
12. Take initiative to problem solve and address any customer or operational issues that may arise.
13. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings to enhance product knowledge and job skills.
