1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
2. Utilize strong fashion knowledge and understanding of current trends to assist customers in finding the perfect merchandise.
3. Maintain knowledge of all products and brands carried in the store, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
4. Process and organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
5. Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure that all sizes and styles are available for customers.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
7. Assist with merchandise returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure that the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
9. Actively contribute to achieving sales goals and company initiatives, while providing exceptional customer service.
10. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as any changes in merchandise or promotions.
11. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
12. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner.
13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of merchandise and following cash handling procedures.
14. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and initiatives.
