  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  4. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming promotions, sales, and merchandise to effectively assist customers.
  7. Use product knowledge and customer feedback to make recommendations and upsell products.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and metrics set by management.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company updates and product knowledge.
