  3. Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new merchandise shipments.
  4. Utilize organization and time management skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  7. Execute markdowns and price changes accurately and efficiently.
  8. Communicate effectively with management regarding any inventory or merchandising issues.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store appearance and overall customer experience.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Attend and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  13. Stay proactive in identifying and addressing any potential loss prevention issues.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Retail Merchandise Associate At Tjx Companies Must Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment. This Could Include Experience In Customer Service, Inventory Management, Or Visual Merchandising.
