  1. Provide administrative and organizational support to department managers to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations.

  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory, sales, and employee schedules.
  4. Communicate effectively with department managers and team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
  7. Assist with creating and implementing strategies to improve department efficiency and productivity.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Proactively identify and address any operational or logistical issues that may arise.
  11. Support the department in achieving sales and financial targets.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
  14. Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Or Supervisory Role.
