  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and promotions in order to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the retail department, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  5. Train and supervise new retail team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their job duties.
  6. Monitor and track sales and inventory levels, identifying any trends or issues that may impact store performance.
  7. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer service and store operations.
  9. Assist in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, including administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  11. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making suggestions for improvements to store operations when appropriate.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the company, its products, and its customers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Operations: A Retail Department Coordinator At Tjx Companies Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service. Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Especially At Tjx Companies, Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: As A Retail Department Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Overseeing Various Tasks, Such As Scheduling, Ordering, And Tracking Inventory.
