  1. Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the retail department.
  2. Ensure merchandise is received, organized, and displayed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure product availability.
  4. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute store events and promotions.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including shelves, displays, and fitting rooms.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with inventory management.
  8. Train and onboard new team members on store procedures and policies.
  9. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing paperwork.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
  12. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure store presentation meets company standards.
  13. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
