  1. Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the retail department, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  2. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all tasks, including receiving and processing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance.
  3. Monitor sales and inventory levels to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  6. Train and develop new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  9. Proactively identify and address any operational or customer service issues to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably At A Large Retail Company.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Retail Management Software, Such As Pos Systems And Inventory Management Systems.
