  1. Oversee daily operations of the retail department, including managing inventory, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
  2. Ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product placement.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and able to provide excellent customer service.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and promote teamwork.
  8. Assist in the development and execution of sales and promotional events.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Identify and report any operational or staffing issues to management in a timely manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and customer information.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Uphold the company's values and standards of conduct at all times.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Act as a role model for other team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Coordinator Role, Is Required For This Position. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Customer Service.
