Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our retail operations by coordinating and overseeing various tasks and projects.   1. Coordinate and oversee various tasks and projects within the retail department to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Act as a liaison between different teams and departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  3. Support the retail team by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining important documents.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the retail department.
  6. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, interview, and hire new retail team members as needed.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales and profitability.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales strategies.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  12. Act as a role model for excellent customer service by providing assistance and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the retail department's operations.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the retail department manager to support the overall success of the company.
