1. Oversee and manage all operations in the retail backroom, including inventory management, receiving, and processing of merchandise.
2. Ensure the backroom is organized, clean, and in compliance with company standards and policies.

4. Monitor inventory levels and work with the store manager to create and implement plans to reduce shrink and improve inventory management.
5. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure timely and accurate merchandise flow from the backroom to the sales floor.
7. Communicate with vendors and distribution centers to resolve any issues with shipments or merchandise.
8. Monitor and maintain backroom equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
9. Create and enforce backroom safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline backroom operations and increase efficiency.
