  1. Oversee and manage the backroom operations at the retail store.
  2. Ensure the efficient and timely organization of inventory and merchandise.
  3. Supervise and lead a team of backroom associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels.
  5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to backroom operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and visual merchandising, to ensure smooth store operations.
  7. Train and develop backroom associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts and identify any discrepancies.
  9. Create and maintain a safe and organized backroom environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Monitor and track backroom metrics, such as productivity and efficiency, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve backroom operations.
  13. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
