You will work closely with our buying and planning teams to monitor inventory levels, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maximize sales and minimize loss.We are looking for someone with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of accountability to join our team.   1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of merchandise for all stores.
  2. Work closely with buying and planning teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
  3. Conduct regular inventory audits to confirm accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  4. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate merchandise delivery.
  5. Implement strategies to maximize sales and minimize loss due to inventory issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of merchandise and inventory data.
  7. Collaborate with store managers to ensure proper product placement and availability.
  8. Proactively identify and address any inventory discrepancies or issues.
  9. Participate in training and development to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
  11. Assist in creating and implementing inventory management processes to streamline operations.
  12. Conduct regular analysis of inventory data to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
  14. Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns related to merchandise availability.
  15. Take ownership and accountability for the accuracy and availability of merchandise.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Merchandise Control Associate Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Keep Track Of Large Amounts Of Inventory And Data Accurately.
