  1. Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management of merchandise.
  2. Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store for customers.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory records.
  4. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  5. Organize and maintain the stockroom to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval of merchandise.
  6. Assist in the receiving and processing of new merchandise shipments.
  7. Work with sales associates to ensure timely restocking of shelves and displays.
  8. Monitor and report on stock levels to management, making recommendations for restocking or reordering as needed.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures for inventory control and loss prevention.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any merchandise-related inquiries or concerns.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Communicate any operational or inventory issues to management in a timely manner.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on merchandise control procedures.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of merchandise and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Merchandise Control Associate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably With A Focus On Inventory Management And Merchandise Control.
