  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all merchandise in the store.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to management.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
  4. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of new merchandise.
  5. Assist in the organization and placement of merchandise on the sales floor.
  6. Perform regular stock checks to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  7. Monitor and track inventory movement, including transfers and returns.
  8. Communicate with vendors and distribution centers to resolve any inventory or shipping discrepancies.
  9. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
  10. Train and supervise associates in proper inventory procedures and best practices.
  11. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding inventory availability and accuracy.
  12. Participate in physical inventory counts and assist in reconciling any discrepancies.
  13. Collaborate with the loss prevention team to identify and prevent inventory shrinkage.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in inventory management techniques.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
