Merchandise Control Associate

1. Ensure accurate inventory levels: The Merchandise Control Associate will be responsible for regularly monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to ensure that our stores are stocked with the appropriate amount of merchandise.
2. Coordinate merchandise deliveries: This individual will work closely with shipping and receiving departments to coordinate the delivery of new merchandise to our stores.
3. Monitor stock levels: The Merchandise Control Associate will regularly review stock levels and identify any potential issues or discrepancies. They will then work to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
4. Conduct inventory audits: Regular inventory audits will be conducted by the Merchandise Control Associate to verify the accuracy of stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
5. Maintain organization of merchandise: This individual will be responsible for maintaining a neat and organized stockroom and sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
6. Communicate with store managers: The Merchandise Control Associate will communicate regularly with store managers to ensure that their inventory needs are being met and to address any concerns or issues.
7. Analyze sales data: This individual will use sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about merchandise ordering and stock levels.
