1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company's values and brand.
2. Assist in maintaining the store's inventory by restocking shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise.
3. Ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced according to company standards.
4. Work closely with the buying team to identify and select the best products for the store, based on current trends and customer demand.
5. Assist in processing and organizing incoming shipments of merchandise, including unpacking, tagging, and displaying items on the sales floor.
6. Monitor stock levels and communicate with management about any potential inventory shortages or overstock situations.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking, folding, and hanging clothing items.
8. Provide support to the sales team by locating and retrieving merchandise for customers, and processing customer transactions at the register.
