Merchandise Associate

1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly shopping experience.
2. Assist with daily operations of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
3. Ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner, following company standards and guidelines.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product knowledge and recommendations.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
6. Collaborate with team members and management to support the overall merchandise flow, including receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
8. Follow safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
9. Assist with setting up and organizing promotional displays and sales events.
10. Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience by actively seeking feedback and making suggestions for improvement.
11. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
12. Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store and company.
