4. Visual Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor by following company standards for merchandising and displays.
5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and accuracy by regularly conducting stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including assisting with store set-up and participating in team meetings and trainings.
7. Sales and Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling merchandise to customers.
8. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, following proper cash handling procedures.
9. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines, to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
10. Self-Motivation: Take initiative and use problem-solving skills to complete tasks and assist customers without constant supervision.

12. Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and bend and reach to stock shelves and displays.
