1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, providing knowledgeable and helpful recommendations.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming merchandise in order to accurately assist customers and promote sales.
4. Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring proper presentation and organization.
5. Process and complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including fitting rooms and sales floor.
7. Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
8. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
12. Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing displays and ensure merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
13. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing.
14. Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements to effectively communicate with customers.
15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
16. Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
17. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
