
Marketing Specialist
Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Sierra cross-channel marketing strategy initiatives to drive brand goals. Coordinate in-store marketing initiatives and support the Marketing Supervisor and Manager(s) in the execution of all marketing creative content to support the multi-channel marketing plan. Proactively collaborate across cross-functional business teams including the Brand Creative, Digital Marketing & Media, and Site teams to execute the end-to-end content creation, from conceptualization, design, to finalization of all creative content. Communicate effectively within and across teams such as Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, Site, and Corporate Marketing to ensure the successful execution of all Sierra marketing content in support of in store and advertising initiatives. Support the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (media, print, digital, PR, events, etc.) to promote each new store opening.
1-2 years of ad agency or client side Advertising/Marketing experience
Agency background is preferred
Experience with ecommerce is preferred
