  5. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance needs and repairs.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for equipment maintenance and repairs.

  11. Order and maintain inventory of necessary replacement parts and equipment.
  12. Train and mentor new maintenance team members.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Machinery And Equipment: A Maintenance Mechanic At Tjx Companies Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Types Of Machinery And Equipment Used In The Company's Operations. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Systems.

  • Experience In Preventative Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Implementing Preventative Maintenance Programs To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Equipment And Minimize Downtime.
