  1. Monitor store entrances and exits to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential security threats or loss.
  3. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  4. Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement strategies for preventing loss.
  6. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
  7. Investigate and resolve any instances of theft or fraud in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  9. Regularly communicate with store management and corporate teams to provide updates on loss prevention efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques for loss prevention, and make recommendations for improvement to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Loss Prevention - Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Similar Role.

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques - A Thorough Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques Such As Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Fraud Detection Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Communication Skills - The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders Is Crucial In This Role. Candidates Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
