  1. Protect company assets: The primary responsibility of the Loss Prevention Specialist will be to safeguard the company's assets, including merchandise, cash, and property, from theft, fraud, and other losses.
  2. Ensure safety of employees and customers: The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and customers by monitoring and preventing potential risks.
  3. Monitor and prevent theft: The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for identifying and addressing potential theft and fraud risks within the company, including implementing security measures and investigating incidents.
  4. Conduct investigations: In the event of a loss or security incident, the Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause and take appropriate action.
  5. Implement security protocols: The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols to prevent losses, including conducting audits and training employees on security measures.
  6. Collaborate with team: The Loss Prevention Specialist will work closely with other members of the loss prevention team, as well as store and district management, to identify and address potential risks and losses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Loss Prevention.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
