Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at TJX Companies. As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's assets and ensuring the safety and security of our employees and customers.   1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect company assets and minimize shrinkage.
  2. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential sources of loss and implement corrective actions.
  3. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention protocols and best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to prevent loss.
  5. Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to develop and implement safety and security protocols.
  6. Manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment.
  7. Conduct internal and external investigations into potential theft or fraud, and work with law enforcement as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in loss prevention technology and techniques.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loss prevention efforts and results.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security vendors.
  12. Respond to and resolve any loss prevention issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  14. Conduct regular training and development sessions for loss prevention associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior, promoting a culture of integrity and honesty within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Systems, Cctv, And Other Loss Prevention Technology.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Trends To Develop Effective Loss Prevention Strategies.
