As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, merchandise, and team members. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual who is dedicated to protecting our assets and maintaining a safe shopping environment for our customers.   1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect the company's assets, including merchandise, cash, and team members.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of stores to identify areas of vulnerability and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate potential losses.
  3. Train and educate store managers and team members on loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  4. Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, including theft, fraud, and workplace accidents, and take appropriate action to mitigate losses and maintain a safe environment.
  5. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other security-related issues.
  6. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls, to ensure the safety and security of stores.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and areas of improvement in loss prevention efforts, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  8. Lead and develop a team of loss prevention associates, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure the efficient and effective execution of loss prevention initiatives.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents and investigations, and provide regular reports to senior management on loss prevention activities and results.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in loss prevention techniques, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of loss prevention practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Security, Or Asset Protection.

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Surveillance, Investigations, And Auditing.

  • Familiarity With Retail Operations, Inventory Management, And Store Processes.
