  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and policies to protect company assets and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze loss prevention data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement proactive measures to reduce losses.
  4. Train and manage a team of loss prevention associates, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure a high level of performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, human resources, and legal, to investigate and resolve security incidents and implement preventive measures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in loss prevention, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies to improve effectiveness.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies to support investigations and prosecutions of theft and fraud cases.
  8. Conduct internal investigations and interviews as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
  9. Oversee and manage the installation and maintenance of security equipment and systems in stores.
  10. Develop and conduct training programs to educate store associates on loss prevention policies and procedures.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on loss prevention initiatives, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with the corporate security team to develop and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to loss prevention and security.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for TJX Companies, promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
