  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security and safety threats.
  3. Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
  4. Train and educate team members on loss prevention best practices and safety protocols.
  5. Monitor surveillance footage and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
  6. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to address and prevent potential risks.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports of all security incidents and investigations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology.
  9. Conduct background checks and screenings for potential employees.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  11. Develop emergency response plans and lead crisis management initiatives.
  12. Conduct regular safety and security training for employees.
  13. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  14. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective loss prevention program.
  15. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to loss prevention and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Systems And Procedures, Including Cctv, Alarm Systems, And Access Controls.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Lead A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention And Risk Management.
