Job Description

As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our stores and merchandise from theft and other losses. We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong background in loss prevention and leadership.   1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect stores and merchandise from theft, fraud, and other losses.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of store operations to identify potential areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate them.
  3. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activity in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to address any identified issues and implement solutions.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in loss prevention, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to facilitate investigations and recoveries.
  8. Prepare and present reports on loss prevention metrics and trends to senior management.
  9. Manage and oversee a team of loss prevention associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  10. Ensure the safety and security of customers and associates by responding to and resolving any security incidents in a prompt and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Internal Theft Investigations

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team

  • Familiarity With Local And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention And Safety In The Workplace
