  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect the company's assets, including merchandise and team members.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Train and educate store management and team members on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with store leadership to create and maintain a culture of safety and security.
  5. Investigate and resolve all incidents of theft, fraud, and other security violations in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor store activity and identify potential security threats.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and investigations.
  9. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and legal counsel as needed.
  10. Conduct internal investigations and interviews as necessary.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as security vendors and law enforcement agencies.
  13. Create and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans for store locations.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
  15. Serve as a role model for the company's values and code of conduct, promoting a positive and ethical work environment.

Job Qualifications
