Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Loss Prevention Detective At Tjx Companies Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Loss Prevention Techniques, Such As Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Employee Training, To Prevent And Detect Theft.
Experience In Retail Security: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Retail Security, Preferably In A Similar Role As A Loss Prevention Detective. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Situations Related To Theft And Their Familiarity With Retail Environments.
