  1. Monitor and patrol the store to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and company assets.
  2. Identify and prevent potential risks and losses through observation and proactive measures.
  3. Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to deter theft and suspicious behavior.
  4. Respond to and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Conduct thorough and accurate investigations of any incidents or suspicious activities.
  6. Collaborate with store management and other associates to identify and implement loss prevention strategies.
  7. Utilize surveillance systems and other tools to monitor store activity and identify potential security threats.
  8. Perform regular audits and inventory checks to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
  9. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
  10. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
  11. Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation of any incidents or investigations.
  12. Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
  13. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and new security techniques.
  14. Assist with the handling of cash and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  15. Adhere to all company safety and security protocols and guidelines.
