- Utilize surveillance systems and conduct regular floor walks to detect and deter theft or fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with store management and fellow associates to implement and enforce effective loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations and report any incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and escalate any significant issues or trends to upper management.
- Assist with the training and development of store associates on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
- Continuously stay informed on current industry trends and techniques for preventing loss and protecting store assets.
