  1. Monitor and observe store activities to identify potential security threats and prevent loss of merchandise or store assets.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  3. Utilize surveillance systems and conduct regular floor walks to detect and deter theft or fraudulent activities.
  4. Collaborate with store management and fellow associates to implement and enforce effective loss prevention strategies and procedures.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations and report any incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations to the appropriate parties.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and escalate any significant issues or trends to upper management.
  7. Assist with the training and development of store associates on loss prevention policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
  9. Continuously stay informed on current industry trends and techniques for preventing loss and protecting store assets.
  10. Proactively engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience while also monitoring for any suspicious behavior.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
