Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our valued customers.   1. Monitor and maintain store security to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Conduct surveillance of store premises using CCTV and other security equipment.
  4. Identify and report any suspicious or potentially dangerous activities to management.
  5. Collaborate with store management and team members to develop and implement strategies for reducing theft and loss.
  6. Train and educate store employees on theft prevention and safety procedures.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or issues related to store security.
  9. Complete incident reports and follow up on any reported incidents.
  10. Work closely with law enforcement and legal teams to assist with investigations and prosecutions.
  11. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
  12. Stay updated on current trends and techniques in loss prevention and security.
  13. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store security and customer service processes.
