We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate at TJX Companies. In this role, you will play a vital role in preventing loss and protecting our store's assets, while also providing top-notch customer service to our valued shoppers.   1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the retail store at all times.
  2. Actively patrol the store and identify potential risks or threats to the store's assets.
  3. Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor and deter theft and fraudulent activity.
  4. Conduct thorough bag checks and inspections of merchandise to prevent unauthorized removal from the store.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other team members to implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
  6. Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents and follow company protocols.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers by greeting them, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Act as a visible presence in the store to deter theft and create a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members to promote a welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any suspicious or concerning activity in the store.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and safety.
  12. Stay up-to-date on the latest loss prevention techniques and trends to continuously improve the store's security measures.
  13. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to loss prevention.
  14. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  15. Train and educate new team members on store security procedures and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate At Tjx Companies Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Business Practices.
