  1. Ensure the safety and security of the store, its customers, and merchandise at all times.
  2. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
  3. Monitor store activity, including customer behavior and employee conduct, to identify potential security risks.
  4. Utilize surveillance equipment and conduct regular store patrols to deter theft and fraud.
  5. Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or concerns regarding security or loss prevention.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures to accurately report and document any incidents or suspicious activity.
  7. Work closely with store management and other team members to identify and address potential security issues.
  8. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention techniques and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
  9. Continuously monitor and update security systems and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology to enhance overall security measures.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and team members.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  13. Collaborate with law enforcement and external partners as needed to address security concerns and assist with investigations.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security regulations and standards set by the company and government agencies.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by store management.
