  1. Monitor store entrances and exits to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of merchandise and store areas to identify and address potential security risks.
  3. Utilize surveillance systems and other loss prevention tools to identify and deter theft.
  4. Respond to and investigate any suspicious behavior or incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Work closely with store management and other team members to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns related to store security.
  7. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
  8. Complete reports and documentation related to any security incidents or investigations.
  9. Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to loss prevention and customer service.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Continuously strive to improve store security and customer service processes.
  15. Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as needed.

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Identifying And Preventing Theft, Fraud, And Other Security Threats.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Customer Service Associate, This Individual Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide A Positive And Helpful Experience For Customers.
