  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers at TJX Companies.
  2. Conduct regular surveillance and monitor store activity to identify potential security threats or suspicious behavior.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing assistance and addressing any security concerns or issues.
  4. Actively participate in loss prevention training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of store layout, merchandise, and inventory in order to identify and prevent theft or loss.
  6. Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify any discrepancies or suspicious activity.
  7. Collaborate with store management and other team members to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure the safety and security of the store.
  8. Observe and report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
  9. Assist in the apprehension and detention of suspected shoplifters, following proper procedures and protocols.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  11. Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or accidents, in a calm and efficient manner.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of incidents and investigations.
  13. Keep up-to-date with new security measures and technologies, and provide suggestions for their implementation.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  15. Uphold the company's values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers In A Retail Environment.
