In this role, you will not only provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, but you will also play an integral part in preventing loss and maintaining a safe shopping experience for all.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure retail environment for customers and employees.
  3. Conduct regular surveillance of the sales floor to identify and prevent potential theft or loss.
  4. Respond to and handle any security incidents or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
  5. Work closely with store management and security team to implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
  6. Conduct thorough investigations of any suspected theft or fraudulent activity.
  7. Utilize CCTV and other security equipment to identify and track suspicious behavior.
  8. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
  9. Keep accurate and detailed records of all security incidents and investigations.
  10. Educate and train store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  12. Stay updated on current industry trends and developments in loss prevention to continuously improve strategies.
  13. Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management regarding security and loss prevention concerns.
  14. Operate with integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Provide support and assistance to other store departments as needed.
