  11. Handle any escalated customer service issues related to safety or security with professionalism and efficiency.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention incidents.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures.
  14. Attend regular trainings and meetings to stay informed and updated on new policies and procedures.
