Lease Analyst

Perform desk audits of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billings received from landlords for all domestic divisions. Ensure that billings are processed accurately in compliance with Lease terms. This includes deducting non-reimbursable Lease charges. Communicates with Landlords to investigate various inquiries, as well as solve Landlord disputes. Works with Real Estate, Legal and other internal departments as needed to resolve issues. Provide support to both internal and external customers by investigating and resolving inquiries and disputes. Provide recommendations to Senior Analysts, Supervisor and Manager regarding negotiations with Landlords. Special projects as assigned.
