3. Train and develop associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold the company's high standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
6. Manage inventory levels and work with the management team to ensure products are replenished in a timely manner.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
8. Utilize sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive sales.
9. Act as a role model for associates by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism.
10. Collaborate with other supervisors and management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to associates to promote growth and development.
12. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new associates to maintain a strong and capable team.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and employee safety.
14. Continuously strive to improve store processes and procedures to enhance the customer shopping experience.
15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
