1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
2. Train and mentor team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Act as a role model and lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
4. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
5. Maintain a safe and organized environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to ensure products are readily available for customers.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and providing feedback and recognition to team members.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and drive sales.
12. Conduct regular store walks to identify any operational or customer service issues and take appropriate action to address them.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
15. Assist with other duties as assigned by store management.
