- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Train and mentor team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Act as a role model and lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards.

- Conduct regular store walks to identify any operational or customer service issues and take appropriate action to address them.
