  1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Act as a key holder and provide opening and closing duties, including handling cash and securing the store.
  3. Train, coach, and supervise team members to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and follow company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and assist with merchandise replenishment and displays.
  5. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively managing and delegating tasks to team members.
  6. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean store environment by enforcing safety and security protocols.
  8. Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Essential For A Key Carrier/Supervisor Position At Tjx Companies. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Handling Customer Service, And Overseeing Store Operations.

  • Leadership And People Management Skills: The Role Of A Key Carrier/Supervisor At Tjx Companies Requires Strong Leadership And People Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Train And Motivate Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Provide Regular Feedback And Coaching.
